CNC MACHINING

The company Sorges, s.r.o., located in Červený Kostelec in the Hradec Králové Region, is a leading expert in CNC machining. Our company specializes in machining metals and other materials, a field we have been dedicated to since 2001. With extensive experience in CNC machining, we can ensure high quality production including surface treatments. This has earned us the trust of customers not only in the Czech Republic but also beyond its borders.

We conduct CNC machining, whether it's for small or large series, using modern machining equipment. Our workshop is equipped with two milling centers for continuous 5-axis machining and vertical milling centers. For instance, the VMC 750 machine is ideal for processing both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We also have turning centers, a portal CNC coordinate measuring machine, a fiber laser for marking plastic and metal parts, a digitally controlled automatic band saw, and a circular grinding machine at our disposal.

Each machined part and component is accompanied by a measurement protocol from our coordinate measuring machine.

Surface treatments, including precise adherence to color shades, are carried out according to the exact specifications of the customer. Additionally, upon agreement with the client, we can provide partially assembled assemblies.
