Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and sending commercial messages

pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general personal data protection regulation)

Hereby, as the subject of personal data, you grant the company Sorges, s.r.o., registered office Stolín 115, 549 41 Červený Kostelec, ID number: 25960962, registered in the commercial register kept at the regional court in Hradec Králové, section C, insert 17695 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), consent to the sending of commercial communications with the offer of our products and services and other information about the Administrator, by all means, including the use of electronic means of communication in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, and if you also provide us with your telephone number, through a telephone call that may be recorded. For the purposes of this consent, your personal data will be processed by the Administrator in the scope of: first name, last name, e-mail, IP address and, if applicable, telephone number.

According to this consent, your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years, or until your consent is revoked, in particular by their acquisition, transfer, storage, analysis, evaluation, inclusion in the marketing database and possibly also structuring or profiling.

We inform you that, as a subject of personal data, you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the Administrator's registered address,
• request information from the Administrator about what specific personal data we process
• request an explanation from the Administrator regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data from the Administrator and have it updated or corrected,
• request the Administrator to delete your personal data,
• in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Administrator or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data www.uoou.cz
